Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Diane began her career in the publishing field as the Publisher, Editor-in-Chief of the premier issue of the health related “FEELING GREAT” newspaper. She produced the layout and design/graphics, as well as advertising sales, and published 20,000 copies monthly throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The paper was recognized by the Governor William Donald Schaeffer,local health department and community leaders. Since then Diane has worked for such newspapers as The Severna Park Voice, Bay Times, and Chesapeake Children. Dianes’ photographs have accompanied many of her front page articles for all of these papers, plus the front cover for “What’s Up” a regional magazine. She has also worked in advertising sales for all of these newspapers. She produced four One Woman Photography Shows in two years in the Annapolis, Maryland. Diane completed her first self published volume of poetry in 2001 “Rainbow of Thoughts”, as well as a play “Rose and Elle ”in 2002.

She is currently a consultant to the internet services community in project management (2002-2006). She has worked with Author Vincent Leggett on his book "Blacks of The Chesapeake" as a design consultant. She has sold advertising, done retail sales, and worked in the trade show environment as well as publishing project management.

Diane continues to work in publishing in various capacities as a photojournalist, photographer, graphic designer / artist, advertising copywriter,screenplay author, and publishing consultant. Diane provides Graphic Designs for many projects. As web master she has designed and produces the crisis information web site since 2002.

As an appointee to the Annapolis Human Rights Commission she served two terms. Diane has also served n cvic leadership positions in her local chamber of commerce, and local community associations as well as Toastmsaters Intenational oganization, and church leadership.
